Our adult classes are available to anyone aged between 13-80. From beginners who want to learn this art, to experienced martial artists who want to improve their techniques, we cater to everyone. Children's Classes 4+

Our instructors take a different approach when it comes to training children. These training sessions include a mix of activities and games so they can pick up the techniques efficiently.

Our trainers always try to make each session as fun filled as possible for an overall enjoyable learning experience.

Our martial art classes are available to customers in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
