At Luton & Milton Keynes IWKA Martial Arts, we offer complete training programmes for both physical and mental fitness. This includes sessions of meditation and martial arts/ kung fu. You can visit our gallery page to have a look at some of the kung fu techniques that we teach our students. We offer our martial arts classes to students of all age groups (adults aged between 13-80, children aged above 4). We are based in Luton & Milton Keynes and welcome learners from Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
